We’re Hiring a Commercial Exec!

Are you a knowledgeable, approachable individual with a passion for all things digital? 

We’re looking for a Commercial Executive to join the Diony team! 🚀

We’ve seen significant growth year on year, and the right candidate will identify, nurture and close new business opportunities to increase this growth even further. 

You’ll be working closely with various members of our dynamic, friendly team to ensure a seamless client experience. This will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients (both potential and existing), attending networking events and developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.

Starting salary up to £28k + Uncapped commission structure

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital marketing or web design and development agency.
• Strong understanding of a digital agency’s core offerings, including web, ecommerce, digital marketing, and creative.
• Proven track record of successful new business acquisition and deal closure, with a history of generating business opportunities for similar businesses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel for pitches and client meetings.
